One of the new duties has been that of video editing for Online videos. Because I've wanted to showcase more the speaker and keep a somewhat mature tone, I've been editing the last few weeks' videos with more subtle tricks: brief fade to blacks instead of cross dissolves, slow zoom ins, fading in banners for information, etc.
